Attention area residents age 55 or better! Join the CAP for one of our fantastic senior citizen programs. Every Thursday has something new to offer. You won’t want to miss this opportunity to socialize and meet new friends.Card Club

June 12- Picnic at the Park - Enjoy the summer weather at the Cam-Rock Park I Shelter. The CAP will grill-out with some of your favorite summer foods! Rain location will be the Amundson Center.
July 10- Patriotic Potluck & Crafts - Bring your favorite summer dish to the Amundson Center for everyone to enjoy. We will then make some patriotic crafts including wind chimes, pinwheels, and door hangers.
August 14- Word Craze – Do you enjoy crossword puzzles, word searches, or word jumbles? Don’t miss this luncheon - it will have you going word crazy!
September 11- For the Health of It – Join the CAP for a nutritionally balanced meal! Following lunch, participants will engage in a discussion with Dr. Stephanie Nottestad on healthy eating and the unique nutritional requirements and guidelines for senior citizens.

Join the CAP staff for an afternoon of Bingo! Try your luck at bingo! All different kinds of Bingo games will be played, and participants will compete for prizes.

Grandparent's Day at the Hinchley Farm
Date: Saturday, September 6Time: 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Fee: Grandparents are FREE, $10 per child or adult
Spend Grandparent’s Day with the ones you love at the Hinchley Farm! Enjoy a hayride, a tour of the farm, and make your own scarecrow. A family photo is also included in the cost of this special day. Please bring your family to the Hinchley Farm at noon to begin this special afternoon. For directions to the Hinchley Farm, please contact the CAP office at (608) 423-8108.
