The Cambridge CAP is looking to expand opportunities available to the community by forming athletic clubs. We are currently seeking peoples interested in leading the following clubs:
1. Running Club
2. Road and/or Mountain Biking Club
3. Triathlon Club
4. Ski Club
*Anyone interested in forming one of the above mentioned clubs or an additional club is asked to contact the Activities Office directly at 423-8108. Following the formation of the clubs, further information will be available on our website at www.cambridgecap.net , through the Cambridge News, in upcoming publications/brochures, or by contacting the office.

Yoga

Discover a gentle approach to better health by attending yoga. Learn yoga exercises, breathing, visualization, and relaxation techniques and the art of meditation. You are encouraged to wear loose fitting, comfortable clothing, and bring a yoga mat and water.

Cardio Jam

Cardio Jam is a high-energy, low impact aerobics class incorporating different forms of dance choreography. You will shake and kick your way through this 60 minute exhilarating cardio blast workout! This class is for all fitness levels and dance experience is not necessary. Minimum 3 participants.

The 60-minute Jazzercise class includes a warm-up, high-energy aerobic routines, muscle-toning and cool-down stretch segment. Jazzercise combines elements of dance, resistance training, Pilates, yoga, kickboxing to create programs for people of every age and fitness level. Basics of Belly Dancing

Take the brakes off of your boring, dull life! Join CAP with this new outdoor cycling class! Routes will be prepared for you and take you around the scenic Cambridge area. The class will teach you the basics in bike maintenance as well as cycling form. Road bikes are recommended but not required. All ability levels are welcome. Bicycle helmets and water are mandatory for all rides. Minimum 10 participants.

Get your team together for this fun league that is sure to bring back memories of your youth! Rosters must have a minimum of seven players, three of which are females. Individuals wishing to participate that are unable to form a team are asked to contact the CAP office. A minimum of six teams are needed to run this league. Masters Swim

Instructor: Reid Barnes
Fee: $35 R / $50 NR
The workouts will be fitness based and will include technique drills. Swimmers should be able to swim one length each of freestyle, backstroke and breaststroke. Butterfly technique is not required, but will be included in the workouts. Our workouts are easy on the joints, scaled for different fitness levels and abilities, and provide great exercise for the whole body.
