Registration forms may be mailed to Po Box 54, Cambridge, Wi 53523 or dropped off at any of the CAP offices located at the Cambridge High School, Elementary School or Nikolay Middle School.

General Information

CAP C.A.R.E. is a state licensed group child care facility that provides enrichment based, wrap around care and programming for children in grades 4K - 4th grade. CAP C.A.R.E. is located in the Cambridge Elementary School, Rooms 130-131.

Fee:

Initial $30 registration fee to hold spot. $3.50 per hour for care. Parents will fill out a monthly calendar by the 21st of the preceding month of the dates and times their child will be attending. No refunds/credits will be given for any missed dates (including illness).

Snacks are included in the fee.

Breakfast ($1.50) and lunch ($2.50) are an additional fee.

CAP C.A.R.E. will accept check, cash or credit card

Minimum:

A child must attend a minimum of four times per week. This may be a combination of morning and/or afternoon periods.

• will operate on late starts or early release days
• will operate on non-school days
• will NOT operate during emergency closing days due to weather

Holiday Break Hours

Dates: December 27 – December 31
Time: 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.(close at 4:00 p.m. on 12/31)
Grades: 4K – 4
Fee: $135

Looking for child care during the holiday break? CAP CARE is just the thing for you and your child. This week will provide your child with recreational and enrichment activities all within a fun and safe environment. Minimum 8 participants.

Summer Day Camp

Day: Monday - Friday
Time: Half Days   Monday - Thursday 11:40 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
                           Fridays 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
         Full Days    Monday - Friday  8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Grades: 1 - 4
Bring: A sack lunch, comfortable clothes, swimsuit/towel, sunscreen
Location: “Base Camp” will be at the CES, Rooms 130 & 131
Fee: Half Day Weeks $110 R / $125 NR
       Full Day Weeks$135 R / $150 NR

Summer Day Camp is more than just summer day care, it’s an adventure! This state licensed day camp will offer hands-on activities that will provide your child with fun, excitement, and learning opportunities. Each day new adventures are planned and exciting activities, games, and crafts are based around our weekly theme. Your child will spend the day using their imaginations and making new friends.

Day camp staff will pick up campers from summer school at 11:40 a.m. and lead them to “base camp” for a sack lunch. Our Day Camp activities also include weekly trips to the Cambridge Library, and Cambridge Area Community Pool, as well as frequent trips to Westside Park.

Information packets will be sent home to by June 1 to those families from which we have received a registration form and fee. Packets will include a detailed summer schedule, required state forms, and other information pertaining to camp. All field trips are included in the cost of the camp; however, individuals will be responsible for any extra costs (snacks, souvenirs, etc.). Camp will be held rain or shine. Minimum 15 participants per session.
