The following organizations provide structured sport and recreational opportunities for the Cambridge community. Although the Activities Program works with these groups, please contact the groups directly for season dates and general information.

Foot Care Clinic

Foot care services are available at the Amundson building in Cambridge on the on the first Thursday of each month from 9:00 am – noon. Reservations must be made at least one day in advance – call 608-838-7117.


Cambridge Community Library

The Cambridge Community Library offers storytime for preschool children during each season of the year. Themed sotries, songs, and activities will be offered each week. Registration is requested for storytime. Sign up at the library front desk. Any ages is welcome at storytime, but the activities are set up for an age group of 2 - 5 years. Stortyime is planned for Wednesday and Fridays.

Building Job Search Proficiency

If are you seeking employment or looking to change jobs, this free workshop will help you to search for jobs more effectively using the Internet.
Session topics will include:
• Self Assessment
• Computer Skills Training
• Developing On-line Search Strategies
• On-line Tools and Job Search Engines
• Resumes and On-line Forms
• Working on Resumes
• Cover Letters and Interviewing Tips.

Each session will cover the same topics. Laptops will be made available to all participants. Call the library (608) 423-3900 to register.

Cambridge Volunteer Fire Department

Residents who are interested in joining the Fire Department may stop at the fire station on Mondays after 6:30 p.m. to speak with a current member or contact us at (608) 423-3511.
