**Note

During some lap and Masters swim times there may only be 2 lap lanes open for non-masters swimmers.

Lap Swim

Open to all ages. You may swim at your own pace but you must swim laps and/or perform other aerobic water exercises.

Open Swim

Open to all ages - children must be accompanied by an adult. Children under the age of seven must be accompanied by an adult in the water and on the deck at all times. Children ages from 7-11 must be accompanied by an adult on the premises. There will always be at least one lane open for lap swimming during this time.

Water Fitness Descriptions

Aquacize
Join this fun, upbeat, and challenging class that will increase your cardiovascular stamina while building muscle. Routines will include exercises in both the shallow and deep water. Come ready to sweat, work, and have a good time.

Fit after 50
Designed to be a non-impact, cardiovascular workout, this class will help build muscles, increase flexibility and improve functional fitness. Each class will be held in the shallow end of the pool and will end with a stretching session for a total body workout.
