CAP Board Announcement:
The Cambridge Community Activities Program (CAP) Board of Directors has selected Lesli Rumpf as the new Executive Director of the Cambridge Community Activities Program, pending approval by the Cambridge School Board at their November 20, 2017 meeting.
Lesli has been employed by CAP since 2006 and has served in the capacity of Interim Executive Director, Aquatics Director and Administrator and Center Director of CAP Care. She has also coordinated or assisted in many other special events including the Lake Ripley Ride, Try Cambridge Tri, Touch-A-Truck and many other CAP special events.
CAP Chairman, Eddie Pahuski had this to say about the new Executive Director, “Lesli brings exceptional talent and experience to the Executive Director position. She has assisted CAP develop and grow into a jewel for the Cambridge community, and having her in the executive director role ensures a continued high level of service and professionalism for all the programs and services CAP delivers. We are truly lucky to have such a qualified, caring and committed individual taking on the leadership role for CAP.”
If approved by the School Board, Lesli will begin her duties as the Executive Director on Tuesday, November 22, 2017. Lesli replaces Bridgette Hermanson, who left CAP after 14 years to take a teaching position at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
