CAP Coed Volleyball
Get your team together and stay active this winter!
Team Captain/Team Manager is responsible for registering the team online and submitting the roster prior to the registration deadline.
Coed 5's will run with games played on Wednesday nights. Game schedule will be sent out once registration closes. Rules, guidelines, team rosters and league information can be found online at www.cambridgecap.net.

Single or Trial Class: $15
5 class pass: $55 (2 month expiration)
1 month unlimited class pass: $60 or $53 with auto-pay option
Jazzercise membership includes a variety of workout formats. Classes include both high and low impact options, which make the classes suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
• Dance Mixx – High intensity workout that mixes dance-based cardio with strength training.
• Fusion – This circuit-based High Intensity Interval Training (HiiT) class fuses cardio pumping dance moves with muscle work.
• Strength60 – A full class of fat-burning, muscle-building balance work.
Participants are asked to bring a mat and hand weights.

A great chance to stretch and strengthen your muscles! Chairs will be available for balance and also for those who prefer to do exercises sitting down. An instructor will be there if you desire to assist you with cardiovascular exercise, increased flexibility and coordination as well as provide a positive social environment.
