CAP Personal Training will provide you with a professional personal trainer who has the skills and qualifications to design an effective, safe and personalized fitness program just for you! You will work one on one with your trainer, who will provide you with continual motivation and instruction on proper cardiovascular, strength and flexibility techniques.

In these 10 one-on-one private sessions, you will work together with certified strength & conditioning specialist, Johan Kaashagen on meal choices, tips, and workout ideas. Progress and strategies will be adjusted as needed. Johan knows fad diets and supplements that don’t work, as well as things that can supplement a healthy diet. No one nutrition plan is ever the same! It’s a combo of math, science and some trial and error. Are you ready for your lifestyle change?

Johan Kaashagen, Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist
Johan is the Assistant Track & Field Coach for Cambridge High School and continues to train himself for running the 400m and 200m in open track meets. He is a big fan of sports at all levels of competition and enjoys studying the different aspects of training for each specific sport and specific movement requirements. Johan enjoys helping others achieve their personal fitness goals no matter what they are. Young or old, he believes its never too late to get in shape.
