Pool Deck Yoga

Day: Thursdays
Time: 9:45-10:45 a.m.

Session 1: February 14 – March 21 (Registration due 2/12/19)
Session 2: April 4 – May 9 (Registration due 3/27/19)
Fee: $60 | $12 drop-in (drop-in availability announced when registration closes)

Come warm up from the cold this Winter and Spring. We are excited to partner with Erin Frey, certified Yoga teacher and owner of Holistic Intentions, for Yoga on the pool deck Thursday mornings.  The heated space will be therapeutic for your joints and muscles.  Erin will lead you in a one hour flow that will help cultivate a present moment awareness in your mind and body. All levels are welcome. Please bring your own mat. Erin will have extra blocks and straps if needed. Min 8 /Max 20

Fit After 50

Fit After 50

Days: Tuesdays & Thursdays
Time: 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m.
Location: CACP
Fee: $5 R / $6 NR per class
10 punch: $45 R / $55 NR
20 punch: $80 R / $95 NR

This non-impact, cardiovascular workout is designed to build muscles, increase flexibility and improve functional fitness. Each class will be held in the shallow end of the pool and will end with a stretching sessions for a total body workout.

Monday & Wednesday 7:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Saturdays 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.

10 punch: $45 R / $55 NR
20 punch: $80 R / $95 NR

Join this fun, upbeat, and challenging class that will increase you cardiovascular stamina while building muscle. Routines will include exercises in both the shallow and deep water. Come ready to sweat, work, and have a good time.
