Capoeira is a Brazilian art form which combines self-defense, dance, rhythm, and acrobatics. In the series, you will learn the fundamental movements of capoeira, as well as how to apply them in this dynamic game. We will also explore some of the history of capoeira and learn how to play some of the musical instruments and sing songs in Portuguese – (don’t worry we’ll teach you that too) which are integral to the art.
