Adult Athletics and Fitness Classes


Dates: Tuesday & Thursday: 6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
             Saturday: 8:15 a.m. – 9:15 a.m.
(On-going class; new members are welcome to join anytime)
Location: CES Gymnasium April – August
NMS Historical Gym September – March
Class Fees: With no auto-pay: $50 for one month or $129 for three months
With auto-pay option: $37 (12 mo. minimum) or $45/mo. (no minimum)
Single or trial class: $10 or one week pass: $15 
10 class pass: $80 (3 month exp.)

Your Jazzercise membership includes a variety of workout formats offered on a weekly rotation, keeping the workouts varied and fresh. (Dance Mixx, Fusion, Strength and Interval (HiiT) Formats.) All classes include both high and low impact options which make the classes suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

Participants should bring water, a mat for floor work, and weights for toning and strengthening. Check out our class Facebook page:

Beth Quackenboss is a Holistic Health and Nutrition Coach certified from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and a Personal Trainer through American Council on Exercise. She has 30 years of experience in the health and wellness industry. Beth holds a Master’s Degree in Human Performance from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and has taught a variety of classes at Madison Area Technical College and the University of Wisconsin-Madison, on topics ranging from triathlon training to general health and wellness. She has lived in Cambridge for over 20+ years and loves all the different activities available.

Using the Pilates Principles of centering, control, concentration, precision, breath, and flow, this mat
class will increase your strength and flexibility, improve your posture, and sharpen your focus! Over time you can expect an agility and deftness from your body that transfer seamlessly into the activities of everyday life, giving you a more confident physicality, and enhancing the connection between your body and your mind. Endure Boot Camp

Days: Saturdays, January 4 – February 8
Times: 6:30 a.m. – 7:30 a.m.
Location: CHS Gym
Instructor: Lesli Rumpf
Fee: $50 R / $65 NR

Can you endure this one hour heart pumping, muscle taxing workout?  This boot camp style class isn’t just for the seasoned participant.  Modifications will be made for all fitness levels.  This class is about YOU challenging yourself to be better, stronger, and to break down those mental barriers.  Join us and find out what you can endure!  Please bring a mat and water bottle to class. Active Adults Open Basketball

Dates/Times: Wednesdays, November 13 – March 25 (Except 12/25, 1/1)
Times: 6:30pm – 8:30 pm 
Location: NMS Historical Auditorium
Fees: Free

If league play is no longer your idea of fun, check out open basketball!  This casual pick-up league changes each week as new players come and go.  Come to shoot some hoops and stay for the camaraderie!
