Adult Athletics and Fitness Classes

Single or Trial Class: $12
5 class pass: $50 (2 month expiration)
1 month unlimited class pass: $50 or $42 with auto-pay option
Jazzercise membership includes a variety of workout formats. Classes include both high and low impact options, which make the classes
suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
• Dance Mixx – High intensity workout that mixes dance-based
cardio with strength training.
• Fusion – This circuit-based High Intensity Interval Training (HiiT)
class fuses cardio pumping dance moves with muscle work.
• Strength60 – A full class of fat-burning, muscle-building balance
work.

Team Boot Camp

Dates: Tuesdays & Thursdays, March 16 – April 22  
Time: 5:30 p.m – 6:15 p.m
Location: NMS Historical Gym
Fee: $65

6-week boot camp where ALL levels of fitness are welcome. It is a whole-body workout with core, cardio, upper body, and lower body. Get fit while having fun at a reasonable price!

Beach Yoga

Dates: Wednesdays
Session 1: June 16 – July 14
Session 2: July 21- August 18
Time: 6:30 p.m.- 7:30 p.m.
Location: Ripley Park Beach

Fee: $40 R / $45 NR

5-week sessions on the beach. A healing meditative approach to the ancient practice of yoga using a slower paced flowing style. The calming effect of a restorative yoga on the nervous system helps the body & mind to renew & rejuvenate, alleviating the damaging effects of our everyday stresses. The calming effects of this type of practice has been known to support the immune system, and the body’s adrenalin system.  While using deep natural breathing that signals to the brain you are ok the body & mind responds by going into a deeper state of relaxation promoting greater healing. Along with the inner calm this class also supports increased flexibility & balance, strength & resilience, increased circulation and greater health & wellness. This is an active flow “All Levels” practice. No previous yoga experience needed.

Slow Flow Yoga (grassy area behind pool)

Time: 10:00am- 11:00am
